- Both sash
tilt in for safe, easy cleaning from inside your home.
- The frame
and sash are constructed by a notched and overlapping assembly which locks each
sash member firmly into the other for extra strength and long-term
durability.
- The sloped
sill provides a continuous run-off of rain away from the house.
- An
integral screen channel provides a positive attachment to hold the screen in
place and keep insects from coming in around the outside edge of the
screen.
- Both sash
have equal sized glass to provide even sight lines and a well balanced, clean
appearance.

You will find the window easy to open
from the inside. From the outside, it's not so easy. We use heavy-duty
cam-action locks which pull the sash together for a tight seal. |
