Manager |

Products announces that Lisa Pearson
has been hired as the new Human Resources
Manager effective May 7, 2007.
Lisa comes with 16
years experience as a Human Resources
Professional. She holds a certification from
Villanova University in Professional Human
Resource (PHR). Lisa also possesses strong
organizational, coaching and computer skills.
Her solid knowledge of HR practices and
employment law as well as past experiences
within the manufacturing, service and
consulting industries has made her an exciting
addition to our leadership team. |

- NBP hires new Operations Manager |
Northeast Building Products of Philadelphia is pleased
to announce Eric Gerstenbacher as their new Operations Manager. Gerstenbacher
in his new role will oversee all aspects of manufacturing at all of its
locations.
Eric brings with him more than 16 years of leadership
experience with 12 years in the window manufacturing industry. He is certified
in Level 1 Lean Manufacturing, Flow Management and Visual Workplace and is
currently pursuing a degree in Business Management.
Eric's addition
will be a great complement to the talented executive team that NBP has built
over the past several years. Prior to joining Northeast Building Products he
was the Senior Production Manager with MW/Patriot Manufacturing. |

- Discontinuation of the Custom Weld Window |
| Effective August 1, 2006 the Custom Weld Window will be
discontinued due to the great success of the new Crusader (Sashlite) and the
Trustgard, both fully welded products. Customers that have been using the Custom
Weld product can move up to the Crusader and get the industry's highest NFRC rating
available today. Please contact us with any questions that
you may have. |

2006 - NBP hires new Project Manager |
Lloyd Knowles has joined Northeast Building Products of
Philadelphia as its new project manager. Knowles's new position will have him
responsible for planning, executing and researching the development of new
products and manufacturing ideas for the rapidly growing Philadelphia
manufacturer.
Knowles brings with him many years of experience in the
fenestration industry. He comes to Northeast Building Products from MW/Patriot
Manufacturing Inc. where he concentrated on product design, process
improvements and product testing in the engineering department. |

2005 - NBP to stay open for July 4 |
| NBP President/CEO Alan Levin announced that beginning in
2006, Northeast Building Products will not close for July 4th week as has been
the tradition for years. He stated that as the company has grown in sales, it
has become increasingly too busy to shut down for this busy time of the year.
Alan also stated that the company will continue to close at Christmas
time. |

products. |
The Camelot® Bow and Bay window system and the
TrustGard fully welded double hung system are the newest additions to our
growing line of building products.
The TrustGard system has a sleek
exterior bevel, and utilizes 7/8 PPG Intercept® Warm edge glass, as well as
a constant force balance system.
The Camelot® Bow and Bay window
system will be offered in three-color choices of White, Almond or a
Cocoa/exterior, and a White/interior. The head, sill and jambs have options for
Birch Plywood, Insulated Birch Plywood or all solid vinyl board.
All
windows manufactured can have the all-new 3M Accentrim beveled glass, or have
traditional box or contour grid muttons. |

President/CEO |
Irv and his wife Elaine started Northeast Building
Products Corporation (NBP) in 1972. Since their retirement, their son Alan
Levin has acquired full ownership and has assumed the responsibilities of
President/CEO. Alan formally held the position of Chief operating Officer for
the past seventeen years and has helped the company grow to the current level.
Northeast Building Products currently occupies more than 160,000 square
feet of manufacturing space with more than 140 employees. |
